The YES Cargo Booking System is a web application for managing transport bookings in the warehouse. It enables customers to reserve goods pickup time slots and allows Warehouse Dispatchers to control the release schedule.

2. Logging into the system
To log into the system:
Open your browser and go to: https://awizacje.yescargo.pl
Enter your username (login)
Enter your password
Click the "Log in" button
⚠️ Warning: After 3 failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. If you have trouble logging in, contact the administrator.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the Schedule - the main system view.
3. Booking schedule
The schedule is the main system view, presenting bookings in a table format:
Rows - time slots (hours)
Columns - slots (loading bays, 1-6)
Date navigation:
Use the ← → arrows to go to the previous/next day
Click on the date to select a specific day from the calendar
Color coding:
NEW - new booking, awaiting verification
NEEDS UPDATE - requires data completion
APPROVED - booking approved, ready for execution
RELEASED - goods have been released
Adding bookings from the schedule:
Click on an available (green) slot to add a new booking for the selected time.
💡 Tip: The schedule refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. The refresh counter is visible in the side menu.
4. Adding a new booking
To add a new booking:
Go to the Schedule
Select a date (clients: up to 2 working days ahead)
Click on an available slot (green square)

⚠️ Important: The DSK number must be exactly 18 characters and unique in the system. The system automatically suggests a prefix for the current year.
Booking window restrictions for clients:
📅 Booking window: Clients can book slots up to 2 working days in advance.
Cut-off rule (3:00 PM):
• Before 3:00 PM: the next 2 working days are available
• After 3:00 PM: the nearest working day is blocked, the next 2 working days are available
Example: If today is Monday 21/01, before 3:00 PM you can choose 22/01 or 23/01. After 3:00 PM, 23/01 and 24/01 will be available.
Adding multiple items:
You can add multiple DSK items to one booking by clicking the "+ Add item" button.
5. Editing and deleting bookings
Editing a booking:
Click on a booking in the schedule or go to its details
Click the "Edit" button
Make your changes
Click "Save"
🖱️ Quick rescheduling (Drag & Drop): The system supports drag and drop functionality. To quickly change the time or bay number, simply grab a booking in the schedule and drag it to another available slot (green slot). This feature is only available for bookings with NEW status.

💡 Tip: If your booking has "NEEDS UPDATE" status, it means the Warehouse Dispatcher has requested additional information. Check the notes and enter the required data.
6. Booking statuses
Each booking goes through specific statuses:
NEW
The booking has been created and is awaiting verification by the Warehouse Dispatcher. The client can edit and delete the booking.
NEEDS UPDATE
The Warehouse Dispatcher has identified missing or incorrect data. The client should check the notes and complete the information. After editing, the status automatically changes to "NEW".
APPROVED
The booking has been approved. Goods are ready for pickup at the reserved time. The client can no longer edit the booking.
RELEASED
Goods have been released. The booking has been completed and is archived.
7. Booking list and search
The Booking List module allows you to search and filter all bookings.
Available filters:
Search - search by DSK number, Booking number, or registration number
Date range - filter bookings from-to a specific date
Status - show only bookings with selected status
Company - filter by company (Warehouse Dispatcher/Administrator only)
Pagination:
Results are displayed 20 records per page. Use the navigation at the bottom of the table to go to the next pages.
💡 Tip: Filters are preserved when navigating between pages. Click "X" next to the filter button to reset all filters.
8. Email notifications
The system automatically sends email notifications about booking status changes.
When notifications are sent:
Creation of a new booking
Status change to "NEEDS UPDATE"
Booking approval
Marking as "RELEASED"
Email address configuration:
Email addresses for notifications are configured by the administrator in the company settings. Multiple addresses can be specified, separated by commas.

10. Frequently asked questions
I sent a booking by email and no one responded – what should I do?
Please note that booking for goods pickup is possible ONLY through the booking system at awizacje.yescargo.pl. Requests sent by email are not processed by the warehouse. Please use the schedule in the system to reserve a slot.
Can I change the time or bay (slot) of my booking?
Yes. In the schedule, you can left-click on your booking (with NEW status) and move it (using drag and drop) to any other available green slot within the available date range. The system will automatically update the booking.
How many days in advance can I book a slot?
Clients can book slots up to 2 working days in advance. Example: if today is Monday 21/01 (before 3:00 PM), you can choose Tuesday 22/01 or Wednesday 23/01.
I can't add a booking for tomorrow. Why?
After 3:00 PM, reservations for the next working day are blocked. You can book a slot from the next available working day. Example: if it's Monday 21/01 after 3:00 PM, the available dates are Wednesday 23/01 and Thursday 24/01.
My DSK number is being rejected. What should I do?
Check if the DSK number is exactly 18 characters and if it hasn't already been used in another booking. Each DSK number must be unique in the system.
I'm not receiving email notifications.
Contact the administrator to check if the email address is correctly configured for your company.
I want to change the date of an approved booking.
After a booking is approved, changing the date is not possible from the client side. Contact the warehouse by phone or email.
I forgot my password.
Contact the system administrator to reset your password.
